2022
Formal Registration
Registered as a private limited company in Pakistan with Waqas Ahmed Farooqi and Muhammad Tauqeer Afzal as directors. Launched with Offensive and Defensive Cyber Security as primary service lines.
2023–2024
Service Expansion
Expanded the portfolio across Defensive Cyber Security and developed the Compliance and GRC practice in response to growing demand from regulated sectors.
2025
Products & PTA Recognition
Achieved PTA registration as an approved audit firm and launched proprietary products ZerInno and ZeroWise — marking the transition to a product-enabled technology business.

Launched Agentic AI offerings for secure-by-design intelligent automation, while migrating internal systems to Agentic AI-based platforms.
